Architectural Control
In order to maintain the overall appearance of the community and “standard” for exterior aesthetics, all decks must be stained in solid white. The skirt, top rail, and pickets of the deck are required to be stained solid white. You may use the color of your choice for the deck floor. Owners are not required to stain their deck using the approved solid white stain until their deck requires maintenance.
